Opportunity at a Glance

  • Full time W-2 CRNA

  • $300k annual salary with 6 weeks paid vacation (PTO) + Federal Holidays

  • 8 hr shifts (0700-1500) 5 days per week (M-F)

  • W-2 benefits: paid vacation, health insurance (Excellus BCBS) with $20k towards premiums (left over can be put into HSA), malpractice coverage, eligibility for retirement after working 1 year (10k annually put in by Anesthesia group), and stipends are negotiable for CME, licenses and dues.

  • Work for a private Anesthesia group (The MD's cover multiple facilities while the CRNA's only cover one facility)

  • Variety of cases: General, ortho, thoracic, vascular, neuro, bariatric, and urology. No hearts or pediatrics (may hire an ENT in the near future), OB optional.

  • 7 OR's in a single facility.

  • Autonomous practice within the medical direction model (if you want to perform blocks you can)

  • The staff CRNA's at this facility are willing to talk to interested CRNA candidates about the level of satisfaction they have working for this group. Happiness is a major goal for this group and they are open and flexible to your needs.

  • Beautiful location: Stunning Finger Lakes region of NY. Safe, affordable, family friendly city with a population of 25,000. Close range to Ithaca, Syracuse, Rochester and Buffalo.
