Job description

$272,000/year W2 for 26 weeks, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off at award-winning Critical Access Hospital, offering a great work environment and low cost of living.

Plus: Bonuses based on RVUs after goal is met for the year.

Solo CRNA practice with one great lead CRNA looking for a hardworking, personable, eager to learn partner.

1 YEAR commitment preferred.

Call required during 2 weeks on. Rare call backs, no OR cases after hours. Most frequent callbacks are for OB/floor calls. 1 to 2 times called in on average in 2 week time period.

645a - 3p shifts, but usually end around 11a/12p. Most often done in OR by 12:00p. Ortho days run later.

Experience

Prefer 2 years of experience but open to New graduate if the CRNA shows an eagerness and willingness to learn.

  • Ent (peds), urology, ortho, pain, obgyn, general cases, and GI.

  • NRP required.

  • Must be proficient in OB epidurals, regional, and peripheral nerve blocks (most commonly femoral, interscalene, adductor canal, popliteal, ankle, and supraclavicular PNB.

  • Confident provider.

Details...

Great CEO and lead CRNA. Group of 2 CRNAs. Would prefer a person willing to relocate and live there, but open to someone commuting for the 2 week on time commitment.

Facility allows CRNA to work at other facilities on your 2 weeks off, no radius for non compete. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off but open to negotiation with lead CRNA if there is a conflict for a week he is willing to work with you to make a schedule that works.

Callbacks on call and after hours are most commonly for OB or floor calls, no in house surgeons, so no OR cases after hours.
